Exceeding Expectations

Thank you for your interest in renting a home from A&S Real Estate. Applying for a home is an easy process. First, take a look at our Application Standards then complete our Rental Application (Click the link located below), fill it out completely. There will be a $30 non-refundable fee to process your application. This does not include the fee to process a credit and background check.
